Returns and Refund Policy
We are determined to satisfy our clients and customers. We are committed to providing you with the finest quality products and customer service to build and support your continued nutritional health. If any product does not meet with your satisfaction, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.
Our return policy is simple and it is the same for Opened and Unopened packages:
- If, within 30 days of your purchase, you return the product, unopened, we will issue a full refund. If the product has been used, we cannot issue a refund.
- You will not be charged a restocking fee on your return.
- Your return must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Prior to returning your product, log onto your online account or contact Nutritional Council Customer Service to obtain your RA number.
- Your refund will be processed in the same method as your original payment, once the product is received by Nutritional Council.
- We cannot accept returns of expired, discontinued, or used product.
- You are responsible only for the shipping charge to return the product (a $5 flat fee).
